Troubleshooting

Market Radar needs permission to make outbound http calls on your tenant. You can configure this on the app settings in extension management, or you will be prompted on first use. The only information sent from your Business Central data is the Country Code, VAT number, Name and ticker symbol entered for customers or vendors. In addition this this, Market Radar sends an autogenerated support-id to the Market Radar backend for help in troubleshooting any issues.
